Hey there, I'm so glad you're here!
I'm a mama and a mental health therapist.
Anyone who knows me would tell you that I exude empathy, warmth, and compassion. They would also tell you that I'm silly, personable, and easy-going. If you're looking for a therapist who is genuine in all of their interactions with each and every client, we'd likely be a great fit.
A bit about my background.
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, I was influenced by my parents who were incredibly active in our community. During my undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley, I was drawn to global social justice issues and saw myself in a career that would allow me to contribute in some way to that cause. Since then, I came to realize that I wanted to help people in a more one-on-one and intimate manner as a therapist. Once I'd settled down in Nashville, I pursued and earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to achieve that goal.
In my spare time...
I love hanging out at home with my little growing family, walking my dog (Moose, a Boston Terrier/French Bulldog mix), sipping coffee and laughing with friends, eating good food, arranging flowers, trying to knit, and watching true crime or 90's sitcoms.
